You are correct that a locker or limited slip was not available from the factory for our D's. It would have to be an aftermarket product.

From what I have read, the front differentials in both generations are not made to win any strength contests. To top it off, the Gen 2 has a reverse cut gear set which greatly limits what gears are available for those wishing for a shorter gear.
