I was going to replace my front brake pads on my sons 99 Durango but I do not have an allen wrench that will fit this thing. Does anyone know if chrysler used something special I have tried 8mm is to big and 6mm is to small. 5/16 is to big and 1/4 is to small. I am not an idiot but I am begining to feel like one.
I have a 03 model but for what its worth, start with a TORX TIP I believe it is a T-47 I just changed my pads last week. Let me go with my standard disclaimer "Past performance is not indicative of future results."
i think its 7 mm on my truck, hard as hell to find just go to sears and buy one its easier, my dad started out by making one and that didnt work so well so then he went out and bought one
