Default Tranny cooler

Just bought an Imperial econo cool tranny cooler. Mounted it in front of the ac cooler. My question is with the lines. Which is the sending line and which is the return line? Also my existing lines have fittings but this cooler says I need no adapters other than the one that came with it. If I am looking at it correctly I think I need another fitting. Parts store says I need no other fittings either. Also the line on the bottom of the radiator is loose on the fitting. Is this a quick disconnect? Any advise would be greatly appreciatted. Thanks.

Looking at his past post I believe he has the 4.7L V8 motor with 3.55 gearing..
