Default Steel Cowl Induction hoods?
are these hoods functional and if so is it with ram air like scoop hoods?

do they offer any other benefits? better fuel mileage or higher performance? do i need a ram air?

no they just look cool. if you want your engine to run cooler drop in a 180 degree thermostat
