The Horn and cruise control stopped working on my 1999 durango. Could this be a problem with the fuse?

 

My guess would be on the clockspring. I saw one on ebay the other day - might still be there.

 

What if just your cruise control stops working sometimes. It will work for a while and then quit. But the horn still works and the air bag light doesnt go on ever?

 

When my spring went out in my steering wheel, my radio controls, cruise control, horn does not work. I also have my ABS light on as well. Luckily it was under warranty so they replaced the spring and all controls on the steering wheel are now working.
