Sounds like either a Crank or Cam Position Sensor problem or it's wiring.

P0725 - ENGINE SPEED SENSOR CIRCUIT

When Monitored and Set Condition: P0725 - ENGINE SPEED SENSOR CIRCUIT
When Monitored: Continuously with engine running.
Set Condition: This code is set when the engine speed sensed by the Transmission Control Module (TCM) is less than 400 RPM and the engine is running (As reported by the PCM over the communication bus) for 2 seconds.

POSSIBLE CAUSES:
RELATED PCM DTC'S PRESENT
INTERMITTENT WIRING & CONNECTORS
CKP SIGNAL CIRCUIT OPEN TO TCM
SENSOR GROUND CIRCUIT OPEN TO TCM
TCM - ENGINE SPEED SENSOR CKT

P0320-NO CRANK REFERENCE SIGNAL AT PCM

WHEN MONITORED
With the ignition ON.

SET CONDITION
No signal from the crankshaft position sensor is present during engine cranking, and at least 3 camshaft position sensor signals have occurred.

POSSIBLE CAUSES
• Checking intermittent CKP signal with lab
• Checking intermittent CMP signal with lab
• Checking intermittent wiring with lab scope
• Intermittent condition
• 5 volt supply circuit shorted to ground
• 5 volt supply circuit open
• 5 volt supply circuit shorted to voltage
• CKP sensor signal circuit shorted ground
• CKP sensor signal circuit open
• CKP sensor signal circuit shorted to voltage
• CKP sensor signal shorted to 5 volt supply circuit
• Sensor ground circuit open
• PCM 5 volt supply
• PCM - CKP sensor signal
• Crankshaft position sensor

Hello,

I wanted to post the fix as yes I got it fixed. I think Dodge makes great cars but I don't agree to use there repair service. It hit a state that the problem just kept staying around. Yes it was a sensor that put the transmission into limp mode.
I had already replaced the TPS sensor and the input/output of the transmission and still had the problem. So this week I got two more sensors the Cam & Crank aftermarket just under $25 each. After I replaced them my Durango runs like a champ again error coded cleared!!!! So I think the Cam sensors was the problem and its fault created the transmission limp mode and transmission error code I was seeing.
