I have a 2003 durango and all my exterior lights have started a real quick blink every 20-30 secs. There is also a ding every time this happens. This occurs even if engine is not running. Anyone got any ideas?

Congrats. Sounds like you have become a member of the bad CTM club. The Central Timer Module sits behind the kickpanel beside the drivers feet.

The going price of this dealer only item lately has been ~$280, and another $150-200 to install and program it.

You will need to take your remotes in when you have it done, as they will have to reprogram them as well.

Pay special to his "s". That's "remote*S*" with an *s*. Make double sure you have both of them with you when you go in.
