Default ball joints

I have a 2003 durango, that i bought used from a dealer in 2006. The ball joint recall wwas never repaired by the dealer who sold me the vehicle, but i found out about it about 6 months later when i had the clanking noise from my front end. I saw the recall and called the local dodge dealer who had me bring it in for repair...now almost a year later I again am having the same problems wiht the ball joint...the same noises and vibrations. I havent had the chance to call the dealer since it is the holiday weekend...anyone know if they will fix it again for free or will I have to pay for it this time? Anyone else have this trouble?

I had the same issue with my fac ball joints, so I just changed them to moog ball joints. they have been great ever since I had them.

They replaced them once and once is all you get. As a wear and tear item, this time it's on you.

Skip the stockers and go back in with Moogs.

MOOG bj's are greaseable. since you will be down there I would go for inner and outter tie rods too. Save yourself the headache and money on future alignments
