So, I had an increasingly bad leak with my 02' 4.7L

Last night I found a pinhole leak in the return hard-line just in front of the steering rack.

I spent $1.40 on a foot of rubber hose, & some clamps and cut out the offending portion of the line.
Clamped in the hose onto the two metal pieces, and she seems to be holding just fine.

I was sooo relieved that it was just that & not the rack/pump etc.
