Default Lift Suggestions???

Hey Guys,
I'm sure it's been discussed several times, but I haven't found a decent thread to answer my question yet. I am thinking about buying a Durango and am looking at what I would need to do to it to make it how I'd like it. I wouldn't be doing any significant offroading, just going for looks. I'm thinking I could be relatively happy with a Torsion bar/Shackle lift, and body lift. What kits should I look at? How much will the two lifts cost me? Any downside to lifting this way if I'm not worried about offroading performance? What size tires will I be able to fit? Anybody have any good pics of a Durango with T/S and body lift? Thanks for any info!!

Todd

The TS lift will run ya about $200 for the parts and then you need a 4 wheel aglinment. The body lifts if I remember right are about $300 to $800 bucks. I could be wrong.

T/S is cheaper than that $40-60 IIRC. I found a BL for about $200 a while back.

Dude, you need to show us an updated picture. I want to see your Durango with the Muti Carrier and the Wincher!! It's got to look sweet.
I just put in the a Multi Carrier myself and it looks great.

As far as the lift, If I had the $$$ I would have gone with the Rancho susp lift instead of the T/S lift. I understand you can put 35s with the Rancho lift and a body lift and they clear perfect (without the usual trimming).
