Default driver side control panel

I noticed yesterday that my control panel on the door is very loose. You push a button and it sinks into the door. How hard is it to remove the door panel to see if a screw has worked loose or if the piece has broken? Has any body else come across this or is it just a fluke? Thanks for any help or recommendations.

The removal of the door panel is simple. It is about four screws, two @ the very bottom, one behind the door handle, and one behind the inner door latch. after the screws are out lift up on the panel. look behind the panel and unplug the connections and door latch.

Thanks for the info. After further inspection, door panel didn't need to be removed after all. I pulled the control panel out, unplugged the connections and the front screw base had broken off from the cover. Superglued it back together and everything is a ok.
