You don't have any power on both sides of the fuse? I'm not sure about where the power comes from without looking at a wiring diagram.

To my knowledge it was a 20amp fuse, i cant remember if it was underdash or the side dash compartment though. i'll look and shout out later.

Are you using a test light on both sides of the fuse or a fuse tester? I'm not quite understanding whether you are getting power to it at all or if there is power on one side but not the other. Pull the suspected fuse and visually inspect it.

test light and also tested the fuse outside the fuse holder, fuse is good. i checked the power distribution there is a 50 a fuse i got power on both sides. checked the fuse on the fuse holder block under the dash. there is no power at ither the input side or the output side of the fuse. is there another fuse between the distribution block or the inside fuse holder?

I just looked at a wiring diagram and it is just the two fuses you checked. I don't know or why it would fry anything but the fuse but you may want to start looking for a smoked wire/connector. Oh and check your grounds first I'm showing G207 is where it grounds that means it's in the cab on the drivers side. There should be a ground on the firewall behind the pedals and apparently one more behind the drivers side kick plate.

i dont think its a ground, i ran power from the 12v lead i got running to one of my amps, and the power outlet works, it even powers the one on the rear panel.
