Default Power outlet

hey guys i got another one. i blew the fuse on my lighter outlet it was due to the cig plug on a cell charger breakin and touchin both metal surfaces. ok i replaced the fuse and all worked well about a day or two later i noticed the 12v outlet was not power up my lil ones dvd player so i tryed the rear outlet. no luck checked all the possible fuses and wires i ended up tapin the 12v wire to the radio and putting in a 15 amp fuse just incase. i did try to check power as far back as i could on the power side of the outlet. nothing.

The fuse for the power outlets is different than the fuse for the lighter socket. I had mine blow as well and didn't bother with it until I did my heater core since my dash was already out. The fuse is on the opposite side of the fuse block under the dash. It is a real bear to get to just trying to reach in and grab it.
