blower motor stays running

Default blower motor stays running

changed out ther blower motor relay but when i turn the truck off the blower motor still stays running, i have been manually turning it off any suggestions?

download the manual for the truck as a pdf its in one of the threads here, and is uploaded to quite a few different places it should have the wiring diargram in it, and give you troubleshooting ideas too

Replace the blower resistor.

How would that be the problem Tech?

I personally don't see how it can be the problem. I am looking at a short to voltage or a bad ignition switch. It should switch off regardless if the resistor was bad considering the ignition switch disconnects it from the power supply.

sorry avout not putting up the diagrams, ive been kinda busy lately w/ the end of the semester and stuff yea i agree w/ mean on this one its is most likely a sshort or something similar

replaced the blower motor resistor, its nice to have the lowest setting for the fan but it still stays on regardless the setting when i turn the vehicle off.

[are these the same things the one i changed out is near and above the passanger feet (pain in the *** to change but it still stays on when i turn the truck off.
