Unhappy 98 5.2 Alternator or Battery PLease Help

I touched the alternator while changing the plugs on the truck and it sparked. Do you think i may have killed the PCM because after a day later the volts meter goes down. I changed the alternator 3 times this week with Pep Boys crap still have no volts. And i used a a new yellow top just for fun
I do have a system remote start and big hella fogs all this stuff worked fine and HIDs for over a year and never did the lights dim .
Whats my next move?

Does the truck run at all after this or is it just a charging issue?

If it just isn't charging ceck all of your connections and ohm test your wires to see if you burned any of them up.

Take it out and have it checked, or test the lead going into the fuse panel on the drivers side and ground to the battery with a multi meter. I run 14.2 thru 14.8 volts which is over the required 12.7 volts required to charge the battery.
