yea i dont think they would fit, too different, but im sure if you went to a junkyard, or ebay and bought an xtra set of mirrors like you have that you could add the light to them without much issue would be the best way to go IMO

FYI, the light output on the FJ mirrors is basically zero. They are not noticeable t all from the cab when on. The FJ is fairly wide, IMHO they are there to keep from getting side swiped. LOL

you would need to wire it into an existing light some how, maybe the parking lights?? you would need to run a positive and negative into a relay, and then activate the realy w/ the parking lights (in my example), or (i have thought about this) make a directional in the D's mirror(if the light is where i am thinking it is) and wire it into the other blinkers that are on the same side, woudl probably be easier to do the first one since you would only need one relay, or if you use LED's you MIGHT be able to get by w/o a relay, im not 100%

if you lived close enough to me id offer to help w/ the wiring for you, but i dont think you are driving up from texas just for help w/ the wiring

when you say blinker lights, you mean the ones in the amber lenses that are always on right? (aka parking lights, or marker lights) or are you trying to put a turn signal int he mirror housing?

EDIT: LEDS will fit in there better if you can find them, and when you get this finished post up a DIY explaining how you did it so that some of us who also want to do this can

More custom LED side mirrors - not sure if all if any are for dodge as it did not specify
