Default Torsion lift how to... Cannot find one...

I got the rear shackles and will be installing them this week... At the same time, I want to do torsion lift... I don't need the new cam things, do I? I have heard I can just crawl under and start cranking, but I have no clue what way to turn or how much to turn?! I have searched google and other sites and haven't found any real info... No help?

Check the threads for tightening, i forgot which way it was. But you'd tighten each bolt 8 complete turns. Also for the rear shackles plan to take your hitch off (the hardest part) and dont forget to have the thickest washers avail handy.

** Try to get the front tires off the ground to unload the suspension, spraying the torsion bolts a day before hand insures easy turning with a big breaker bar.

Wow.... Okay... I looked under there and saw what needs to be adjusted... I always thought you cranked on the TORSION BAR THEMSELVES... Not the adjustment bolts...
