Default squealing noise

98 durango, 5.2l, 118k miles
its lifted on 34" swampers

about a week ago i noticed it started squealing when accelerating and decelerating, to and from a dead stop. its gone when at idle and it starts up about 10 minutes after driving. it seems to be only at slow speeds but its kind of hard to tell at higher speeds with the noise coming from my tires. i visually checked the belt and it seems fine. power steering is leaking a bit from the steering shaft to the box, but when turning the wheel it doesnt make the noise. im clueless

Well you are the winner, number 100 for guess the noise post lol... Kidding, we have been getting a butt load of "I have a noise" post.

Well it really does sound like a belt issue, when u check the belt was the belt good? was there cracks on the groove side? push on the backside and look to see if you see cracks in the groove, if so belt is bad. Then other ideals would be a belt tensioner or idle pulley bearing starting to go. Far as getting an exact answer? well a noise is really hard to just tell somebody what it may be without actually hearing it.
