Default O2 Sensors

Hello. Brand new to the forum, as I just bought an '00 Durango 4.7. Engine codes are coming up 0132 and 0138. My question is: does this neccesarilly mean that both sensors need replacing, or is it likely an electrical problem if both sensor codes are popping up? Thanks

Thanks. I'll take a good look at the wiring before dropping a couple hundred bucks.

There is most likely a wiring harness issue. Check all the plugs with it and use a multimeter.

Thanks guys. Looks like an attempt was made by the previous owner to fix the short by connecting the wires directly on the upstream sensor. That's right, no harness for some reason. On a semi-related note, the water coming from the A/C is dripping down directly on the muffler near the sensor. Common?

Sounds like a tube is missing or can be incorporated. Either that or move the muffler.
