Default New Alternator

I'm looking to get a new, heavy duty, alternator for the Dango. I've found one (made my Mean Green) but it is extremely expensive. Got any other ideas? I'm looking for one with about 175-200 volts.

Ya I knew it was either volts or amps, so I just took a guess. But the alternator shown in that older thread was for a 2001-2003 Dango. Any chance it would fit my 2000?

Different plug. If you want to retro fit it... yes.

How difficult would such a thing be? And do you know of any truck parts stores around central/ southern Indianapolis?

You can get an alt at AutoZone. That's where I got mine. Search the forums on the wiring differences. I don't have that info personally to compare/show.
