Angry Help possible ecm issue 2002 dodge durango r/t

My headlights flicker off and on when it gets hot outside , my dome light flickers off and on when it gets hot outside. My keyless entry doesnt work anymore at all. When it gets hot outside my power locks dont work. But all is fine when it cools down outside except the keyless entry. Can anyone help me with this issue? I would greatly appreciate it. People tell me that its the ecm going bad does anyone know?

vehicle IS stock?
recient work, mods, accident?
remote starter or aftermarket alarm?

If all answers no.
one thing in common for most is the CTM (central timer module) fuse5 injunction box...

no recent work, mods, or accidents, no remote starter, no after market alarm. the vehicle is stock.
is the ctm fuse 5 under the hood or in the car?
