Default Constant Dinging

I have a constant dinging from my 01 Durango SLT 4wd 4.7. I will be driving and the door ajar, gate open lights will flash on the dash. Sometimes the 4wd light switch will flash. The interior lights will sometimes come on and stay on. But the Dinging is constant enough to drive you nuts. Does anyone have any ideas?

Possible CTM failure. Any other weird stuff? Wipers, alarm, dash lights, radio, HORN?

Thanks for the Reponses. I forgot to mention that the rear wiper dose turn on and off at times. I took it off before it started scratching my window. The door locks also lock a couple more times than normal. The gate open and door ajar flickers on the dash.

Yep. Remote dia here says it's a Central Timing Module. That's the CTM.

Dealer repair only based on the programming required. Takes your Key Fobs with you because they will need them to recode to the new CTM. It's about $450. Ooops!

Good luck.

THanks for the help. I just unhooked the battery to try and reset the CTM. I will post back my results. But it dose look like I will be going to the dealer.
