Hi i'm new to this site so forgive me if i posted this in the wrong place. I have a 98 durango with the 5.2l v8, well i recently bought some of those pod gauges that go on your a pillar, well i wanted to run my factory gauges that are in the dash along with the new gauges i just bought(oil pressure, water temp) so i made a T fitting with brass parts and hooked it all up but i still get a check gauges light from the factory oil sensor. It doesnt show any pressure at all. Im thinking this might be a ground issue but not sure. The water temp also doesnt show any temp either, but i dont any warnings from the computer like i do from the oil sensor. So any help would be greatly appreciated.

 

Strange that it can't read through the brass.

Could be a ground or air bubble. Cancel out the T's by hooking it back up normal and if thats the problem ground em.
