Angry Wheel Bearing.....AGAIN

Hi Everyone

last September 2008 i had both front wheel bearings replaced. They were both in need of repair. A week or so ago i noticed the same " grinding" sound coming from the front driver wheel. sounds like the Same bearing..AGAIN . I do drive down a rough road basically everyday and i Do take it easy knowing the damage that will be done.

should the bearing have lasted longer?
should i take it back to my mechanic and demand he fix?
what are my options ???

Thanks in advance

do you have a 2wd or a 4wd. i know the 4wd you have to replace the whole hub assembly.

also. you might check your caliper bolts to make sure they are tight. if they are loose. the caliper will rub the inside of the stock 15" rim making a grinding noise. it happened on mine after i replaced my hub 2yrs back and i didn't get the bolts tight enough.
