It's a great idea on the vacuum reseroir. I'm first going to replace what I know is bad on the vauum lines then shoot over there next.

Update!

The problem was in fact the vacuum line of the throttle body in front by the MAP sensor. I replaced it and while i was there replaced the rest of the 7/32" line that I had. Problem fiixed!
