Default Cut firewall to change A/C core.

Have a 2000 5.9. I know on some vehicles they sell panels to install after doing this. I would guess it won't work on a Durango or it would already be here. I haven't ever taken the dash out to replace one so don't know exactly what it's like where it's located. Not much room back there with a V8, maybe a high speed air disk?

Um no, and no...

You have to remove the dash... It may be time enduring, but its not that bad.. Plus while your at it you can change the fan/heater core...

Now I wanted to try this but I can't get any really good pictures to see if it COULD be done. Now from what i can see the evaporator coil runs up through the top of the houseing and the blower motor could not be replaced doing this.

I HAVE looked into it and am awaiting photos, but I would do what ^ these guys tell ya ^ strait up!
