On my daughter's SO's. Durango, the right side turn signal works fine. The front, rear, and dash bulbs flash normally. On the left side, all three bulbs flash, but all at three times the normal speed. From this I know the bulbs are OK as they all work, albeit faster than normal. Would this definitiely indicate a bad flasher module? I want to be sure as they can't afford to be buying parts that don't fix the problem. Suggestions as to what to check?
