Kind of hit or miss when they come around but I got Bilsteins in April Buy 3 get 1 free, and free shipping. I am pretty impressed but then again, I was trading out OEM shocks after 100K ++ so anything was a good replacement. It was narrowed to Monroe or Bilsteins both pretty good, but Bilstein had the offer.

google shock warehouse, you should get some pretty good hits. shock warehouse or autoshock warehouse, something like that.

Well, I think I am going to go with the Bilsteins. I haven't been able to find any deals like the buy 3 get 1 free deal some of you had mentioned, but still, I think I would like the stiffer ride that they will give me as opposed to the Monroe Reflex (from what I've heard). I appriciate all the help with this guys!

Now I need to find and get a new LED combination flasher for all the LED lights that I have added (headlights and taillights). I know it is under the dash somewhere...haven't found it yet, but I can hear it! I'm definitely not a contoursionist (spelling?), but maybe one of these times between cramps, I will find it and get it out of there!

I replaced the OEM with Monroe Reflexes 2 years ago. Did it for better handling. I also tow a travel trailer that puts 800 lbs. of tongue weight to the rear end. MR work just fine. Good ride running bobtail and good control towing. They have never let it bottom out. Have four of them

Shocks are not what keeps a vehicle from bottoming out. That would be your springs, or lack thereof.

Shocks control rebound of the springs.

I have an added leaf spring for more carrying capacity and Bilseins on all 4 corners. Pulls and handles 7,000 lbs great. Of course, the rebuilt tranny from fastman with shift kit, 4.56:1 gears, new tires, prodigy brake controller, and hawk superduy pads up front have something to do with that too.

Are you going for the air bags or have you desided?

My stump grinder puked a cutter wheel bearing today. They are over $100 each and have to be replaced in pairs. That takes all my extra money that I was going to use for the springs. I have to have the grinder working as that's how I make my money.

I'm still leaning towards the RAS.

Sucks to hear.

Either way but I still push for the airbags.
