So I will be doing the Oil from Castrol High Mileage to Mobile1 full synthetic tomorrow or Saturday. The Carburetor as I'll call it really don't want to touch but from looking at it it is very clean.

Looking at the mobile 1 full synthetic engine oil there is one for high mileage and then there is another call EP Full Synthetic, which one would be advised?

Mobil 1 Fully Synthetic 10W-30 or Mobil 1 Fully Synthetic 10W-30 High Mileage

Wal-mart has a 5 quart container for like $28 bucks and you can even get the OEM Mopar oil filter there for $5.

K&N filters are GREAT!

The carborator looking thing is the Throttle Body.

I like www.rockauto.com or www.summitracing.com I've never dealt with www.partstrain.com.

Dirty TB's can cause a stumble of the motor which has been known to cause some slight missing.

Thought I would do a courtesy update. I did change the plugs and wires. Went from 87 octane to 89. Change from Castrol to Mobl1 full sythetic only. So far all is well at the moment. Just going to do minimum stuff to keep this truck going strong as within a year we are going to trade here in for a 2009 or 2010 Dodge 1500 5.7 Hemi. If all goes well I am getting 2 one for me and another for the wife.
