To summarize: New TPS, New IAC, Removed and cleaned Throttle body, new TB gasket, New brake booster check valve, disconnected and cleaned connectors on upstream O2 sensor, disconnected and cleaned contacts on PCM, New K&N air filter and my problem is this...my rig sputters and bogs as soon as I hit 40MPH and once it starts it's ongoing I have to keep fluttering the pedal. This time no CEL....could it be the cat? What about PCV valve? Checked all the fluids, everything is good. Only 64,XXX miles on it, so I'm convinced it's something minor... All suggestions welcome...
Since you are getting fouling sounds like you are not burning cleanly in your cylinders. Replace your sparkplugs, make sure they are champion and gapped correctly. Next item I’d look at is how old your battery is. “Mysterious” problems occur when the battery is older than 4 years. If still having the same problem I’d then look at ignition coil or distributor cap. Since you say it boggs when you hit 40 and are not getting a misfire code to me that means that you are getting a spark in the cylinder but it is not hot enough to burn off all the fuel. Hope this helps
so I decided it's not the CAT. I reset the PCM and disconnected and cleaned all the electrical connections including the fuel injector connectors...and suddenly my problem has disappeared. I've put 265 miles on without any issues.
Thanks for the update.
To test the CAT you have to take it to a muffler shop and ask for a Back Pressure Test. The lbs should be no more than 2.5 to 3.0 lbs. Most shops will do this free of charge. Back pressure more than that means the CAT is plugged and needs replaced.

ok, really need help now! Since my last post, I have had a back pressure test. It was perfect! Has the Fuel pressure tested...50 PSI on the button. Installed new cap, rotor button, wires and new Autolite plugs. Still getting the bogging... Not sure what now. I have used a scope to listen to the injectors and the are ticking just fine, have run some injector cleaner through it. I asked my mechanic about the coil and he told me they are usually good until they rust and start ot seprate and mine is almost mint....
Any other suggestions.
