Default 200,000 miles!

Well Last month my 2000 Durango hit 200,000 miles and is still going. I do think the trans needs to be rebuilt very soon! but the 318 is just as tight as it ever was

congrats on 200,000... I know a few people who have 280,000-300,000 and still going without any major repairs. So, it can be done if you take care of them.. Love to hear stories as yours. Shows these people who come in and say "this is the biggest piece of junk" and so on when they bought it used or did not do maintance as they should.

Transmission is the weak leink on these it seems, changing fluid early and using "quility mopar ATF+4" does seem to help. Well man glad to see ya had good luck with it and again thanks for posting.

She is the same color as yours, I just wish she was 4x4. After I get the trans rebuilt I am going to try to put an overhead dvd in the back for the kids I just got to if one that will fit nice in front of the rear ac.

107K and some change. Just installed Duralast C-max Gold pads on the front and about 44K on the front rotors/44.5K rear rotors.
