i cant find my IAT senor i have diagrams but i think the location for it on my durango 02 4.7 has changed please help

 

Hey putting shingles on my house right now so don't have tiime to go searching right now. If nobody helps ya out by the time i get back in I will look it up for ya.

Have you tried downloading the sevice Manual from pdftown.com? it will show the location.. let me know if that helps so i don't go searching for nothing later...

 

cant download the file i appreciate you helping me out and i am in no rush reason why i need to find it is i bought a resostor and want to install it

It is under the throttle body in the manifold, it is a Big brass looking sensor with two wires (grayish connector).

the diagram i have puts it in that location as well,, but its not there, i think it was relocated on the 02 durangos

 

Hmm. Well look for the brass looking sensor and grayish connector. It can only be on or around your throttle body some where, or somewhere near or possibly in your Airhat.

 

4.7L ages 2000 to 2002 its in that location, because in 2003, they started putting it in the air box... or air hat......

 

Ahh... ok. So yah it has to be somewhere around there.
