Hello guys im new here and I have a 99 durango and when i start the truck and shut it off the sunroof makes continuous clunking noise likes it trying to work and stuck for about a min then stops. It does it when i start and shut off the truck but roof works fine. What could this be? Thanks for any help

 

Sounds like it does not think its all the way closed thus trying to close it. dunno to much about the wiring and not positive if it is just a setting, switch or sensor that tells it that its fully closed but thats where i would start.

 

Sunroof?.........Whats that?.........LOL

 

its not factory so none of our parts manuals are going to help you. Take it to a shop and have them check the electrical connections. Sounds like it doesn't know when to stop at 'close'
