Default power steering hoses

Probably a silly question.

I'm trying to figure out which hose is the problem. When I was calling around trying to get quotes on how much it would cost to replace the power steering hose I was asked which one. I don't effing know, but what i do know is that there is fluid all over my parking spot, when you pull off the power steering cap its empty and dry (I replace the fluid though). I just know one of them is leaking like crazy. Idk if anyone can tell which hose from this paragraph, but if you have any ideas about which one that would be awesome.

I was told by one place, who gave me price quotes for each hose, that 'the first one' would run about 75 and the other would be anywhere from 20-100...

clean the engine compartment, fill with power steering fluid, start engine, have somebody turn the wheel back and forth while you watch for a leak.

There are two different sized hoses. Larger one is for pressure and smaller is for return.

Evco (http://www.houseofhose.com/home.php) or similar hose making shop can make you new ones for cheap. Just take em off and take it in to the shop. They can make new ones from scratch and maybe dress it up if you want.

Ummmm, it's the other way around, large hose is return and small one is pressure.
