It was the solid lines that run from the Junction block on the differential to each of the wheel hubs. I replaced them both.

My fathers 99 Durango has something called RWAL. (Rear Wheel Anti-Lock) It seems to be doing just the opposite. When braking at slow speeds, one of the rear wheels will LOCK up. Is there something different that these trucks require to make it not do this? I checked and adjusted the shoes and hadware. Any Ideas?

sounds like a bad sensor, or abs module not working to prevent the lock up (not that the rwabs does much unless you are towing anyway) are there any idiot lights on the dashboard on?

Not anymore. The ECM took a shat, we replaced it with a new one and that fixed the problems, except for the rear brake locking up. Someone told me there is a certain procedure for bleeding the rear brakes that may fix this, but not sure what he meant.

ECM is the ford term, i believe you mean PCM, and i havnt heard of anything special for bleeding them, but if they havent been bled for a long time it never hurts to bleed em

We renewed all the fluid in the system whe we bought it 2yrs ago. Sorry about the ECM/PCM confusion, I'm still a Ford guy at heart. LOL. I guess it's dealership time...

It could be a bad rubber brake line or caliper on that side.

The rears are drums, not discs. Is there a solenoid on the rear that may be malfunctioning?
