Default Dueler RVT at Wal-Mart for 2002 DD SXT with NV133

The DD 2002 SXT I was looking at may need some new shoes - it has mismatched front/rear tires. It has the single speed NV133 transfer case so it is not really set up for off roading anyway. I want a good snow tire that does really well in the rain but still have decent tread life since it will be my daily driver.

I was thinking of some Grabber AT2s, or MasterCraft AT2s. I also saw the Dueler RVTs at Wal-Mart for 130 each in 265/75/16s. They looked great but I cannot find anything out about them. Does anyone have any experience with the Dueler RVTs? Any other suggestions for me in a moderately priced 50K mile tire?

Thanks,
Ken

You want a M&S rated tire to go 50k? That's not going to happen unless you go AT.

Get some BFG AT's and you will be happy. I have close to 50K miles on mine and they will probably last to the advertised 55K miles. They do great in all weather conditions, highway, and off road. The only gripe for most is that they don't clean out well in mud.

Michelin LTX M/S
Nothing better for a standard Durango.

Default Luv KOs

Have them on my CTD 2500 but a little pricey for my DD. I saw some Hankook Dyna ATMs on an Explorer that I liked. Someone else suggested Mastercraft Coursers AT 2s. I would love KOs but not at $200. Always wanted a set of LTXs they look like a nice general purpose tire and they supposedly wear great - if I could get a rebate or buy 3 get 1 free I would give them a shot. Thanks

$142 a piece on tire rack, they've gone up. I got 5 for the D in NY for 640 out the door at Costco.
