Default Spark plugs?

The haynes manual says to use the oem champion plugs rc12mcc4 but there are like multiple ones. Ones with copper and what not. Which one is it? And are there any other plugs that work for the 4.7l v8 ? What do you guys recommend?

Thanks

Champion copper plugs are the only plugs you want to put in your D. anything else can give you issues.

I have iridium in mine (5.7L) without a problem, but not sure why they would be a problem in the 4.7L,
