only use ATF+4 transmission fluid in these trucks anything else will void the warantee if you still have one, and wll cause problems down the road definetly

atf +4 is full synthetic, believe it or not, at least the quart of it that i got for my power steering says full synthetic on it, so just use it and be happy, yes its expensive, but it will be better for your trans in the long run.

All ATF+4 is not Fully Synthetic.

AFT+3 and ATF+4 Transmission Fluid Facts

As for fluid, anything ATF+4 will work. Mobil 1 has an ATF+4 that you can use, but do not use Mobil 1 ATF. They are 2 different kinds of fluid. Valvoline has a Hydo cracked ATF+4 for a good price. Mobil 1 is a blended PAO but still ends up being the same thing in my book.
