Default transmission/diff straining noise HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

IM GOIN nuts tryin to figure out wtf it could be! everytime im stopped and i make a turn (left or right) it feels like my diff/transfer case idk where d **** its coming from, is gonna snap its a hard vibrating sound until i start moving, seems like a pinion ring bearing i was told, others tell me its my diff but i changed it not too long ago so its prob fine, maybe its stuck in 4x4, idk.....its a 1999 durango slt 5.2 4x4


PLEASE HELP SOMEONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Could be a CV joint on it's way out.

so it is only doing this when the truck is stopped?????? i would think something in the power steering system then, not sure what would cause that tho . . .
