figured it out the breather hose was in a odd spot and air was rushing over it and creating a vacum and sucking the fluid out i put it down a little bit and topped the fluid off it was still a honey color. and it quit.

yeah 90w in the front and synthetic 75w in the rear. And one more question what do you guys think of Castrol GTX and the Castrol edge.

I perfer Mobil 1 products. I can loook up their info as I haven't before and see what they offer later when I get home.
