Angry 1999 5.9 Problems

My brother and I have been working on his 1999 Dodge Durango for about 8 months now. He was driving down the interstate one afternoon and it quit, like it ran out of gas. So we put an ignition coil on it and boom it began to work. About a month later things went down hill from there.

We it is started it will run until getting up to operating temperature it begins to miss and act like it is running short on fuel. We have replaced the following: 2 coil's, plugs, wires, Distributor cap, Rotor button, ECM, crank sensor and injector. I think the next thing is to replace the distributor itself but I would like any help or tips or information. Has anyone ever seen this?? With all the things we have replaced I feel like it is an electrical issue. Someone please help!!!!

No codes?

Is it low idle stumble?

Crank Position Sensor or low battery is my guess without more info.

Codes read cyclinder misfires.

The stumble pretty much begins after it is warmed up. When you accelerate it seems to get worse. Even at idle you can hear it acting like it is running out of fuel.

Battery seems to be in good shape, had it checked out.
