Default 2000 Durango Lights Flash when unlocked and locked with Key FOB??

I have a 2000 Durango SLT and I was wondering if there is any way to set the parking/headlights to flash when I lock and unlock the durango with my Key FOB? My wife has a 1999 Grand Cherokee and i like how hers the lights flash when you lock and unlock the vehicle with her remote.

Can this be done on the 2000 Durangos as well? It does have a factory alarm on it. Does not give you the option on the overhead console.

my 02 flashes the parking light (not the headlights) when you lock/unlock so im sure it can be done, check your owners manual, it SHOULD be in there

None that I know of unless you go aftermarket.

Thanks but I already have the horn chirp right now. I just like the convenience of having the lights flash when I am in a parking lot so that I know where the D is at. "sigh" oh well... looks like a after market I will go after I get my HID's put in.

another thought, try calling the dealer to see if maybe they can program it for you, might cost you a little bit but still cheaper than an aftermarket system
