It is a 97 for sure and I will transfer all the sensors i need to,,,just wanting to use the hard parts . My 318 heads and intake are good still,,,just wanting to know if the block and heads will work ,,,all the right bolt holes and ports,,and also if the 318 computer will have the stratigy to run the bigger cylinders,,,,will the 360 run lean?

Most everything will bolt up. You should be able to run the 318 heads no problem. You will need to flash the PCM (or replace it with a pre-flashed one on ebay $199) but injectors and everything else should be fine. Not sure on the dampener tho.
