Yea definately found the soa. I've done them before ao not worried about that. Just hate how there's no bolt on kit for durangos like there are for most other tricks when is comes to the sas do it's gotta all be custom. Debating if I even want to bother or just wait till this trucks done and go with a jeep afterwards.

I've always wanted to take my D to the salt flats and see how she does for top speed.

My best friend and 8 buddies from the college he goes to bought a profession tuner for a laptop. Cost them $1200 so we're gonna tune mine here in about 2 weeks. Bye Bye limiter, as if I would ever get it going that fast lol.

Default Fast Durango...

Hey Sharp, with the proper high speed tires of course, and a stretch of straight road, how fast do you think I could get my 2001 D- Sport up to. I have a tight front end, 3.55 gears and good running 4.7...kingoftow

I have had mine to about 140mph but mine is not considered "stock" by any means...

I think the speed limiter is set to about 118, thats as fast as I've had mine up to.

kingoftow; the top speed of a stock durango is 118 PERIOD

in order to go faster than that you need to raise or remove the speed limiter with some sort of tuner

although idk why you want some hting this big going that fast on public roads, its just dangerous, not to mention stupid and illegal.

I'm inclined to agree with you shrps, I've pushed it myself but controlled environments like tracks and the salt flats is the only way to go.
