Default Easy one: Please help me identify this part.

While changing the Front, Passenger side hub assembly, I noticed this destroyed bushing. Can someone please tell me what it is, so I know what to ask for at the auto parts store? Also, what might the symptoms be that are caused by this bushing going bad?

Thanks in advance for all the help.

That would be a sway bar link...A replacement kit will include everything to connect the lower control arm to the sway bar...

It's a front sway bar link end bushing.

Polyurethane bushings are the best IF you can fine em.

That is one clean-looking wheel hub assembly/front end! Did you clean it up just for us?
