I pulled the bulb out and the plastic holding the bulb was somewhat melted. Looked like a major malfunction. I put new bulbs in and they won't turn on. In the fuse panel it looks like the fogs have a square thing that plugs in not a normal fuse. Is this what I need to replace or could it be more complicated then that? The truck is a 2000 Durango.

it could be that relay(the square thing) but also check all the fuses and the connections in the PDC(black power box under the hood)
