Default rough running 99 Duro

I've done the plugs, wires, rotor button, injector cleaners. Still runs rough. no codes are triggered either. don't have a pressure tester. it is a steady rough making me think it may be a bad cylinder or bad timing. your thoughts? I'm baffled.

you replaced the cap and rotor with one that has brass contacts?

after that check the crank or camshaft position center as they control timing

Check for a vacuum leak. Use a handheld propane torch, no flame, listening for changes in idle as you pass the open propane past a vacuum in take of fumes.
