Default here with another question

i got a 98 "d" with the 5.2 4wd, sometimes when you step on the throttle it acts like its starving for fuel and wants to die. when you let off, it goes back to normal until you step on it again. other times it runs great. i had it idling in the driveway and heard air sucking with the intake on, so i replaced the iac. thought it was that but its still doing it. i also have an intermittent cel for high voltage o2. any chance of relation? if not any ideas?

Upstream 02 sensor needs replaced. Just had mine replaced for the same problems as you are having.
