interesting, while i have no intentions of lifting mine i am very curious to hear what the reason and differences are

Well they both have a C205F on the front side and nothing else I can see other than the 2003 which came with a different front knuckle only on a optional over sized front braking system so as I see it this should work. However, you have been warned.

I phoned Rancho before coming on here.
Because the kit has been discontinued for over 2 years they've junked the notes so they couldn't tell me.

I dropped the rig will all the parts off at the shop yesterday.
They seem to think its the front drive line. A new one may have to be made.
My local dealer seems ti thunk the subframe & A arms are all the same

Will know in the next few days if it works

Woha good i saw this!!! i was about to buy the Rancho lift kit for my 2001 RT!!! im really intrested on ur succes, cause that means i will be able to lift mine without making a hommade suspension..

I have been wanting to do the same thing for a while now, but could not find an answer. Thought I read somewhere that it had to do with the transfer case, but I am clueless. Let us know if and how it works out, I would love to know.

the lift kit should not touch the t-case, might be driveshaft length or something to do about the way the suspension is set up, i know for a while the only AWD durangos were the R/Ts which have slightly different suspension then the rest

still wating the outcome of this.. cause i want to lift her +3 inches... and i could desing the structure but im just to lazy to do it... now the point is... after desinging it.. how do i manufacture... no CAM near my area... also i dont think my smith is able to weld chromoly...

i might just be mistaken...
