there is write up linked in the DIY thread which is more detailed than what magic just explained, (i did it fyi ) but as magic said,t hat is where i would check too)

Looks like I'll be checking the charcoal cannister sometime this weekend or next. Lights back on after clearing the code AND Disconnecting battery. I hope its a simple fix!

I had the same exact issue recently and it was one of the rubber vacuum hoses going to the canister. The line is formed because it's a tight bend so plain line wont work. I bought the line at the Autozone I work at for $4.99 if I remember correctly. It's a Dorman part and we have it hanging up in the help section. That's probably your issue.

hmmm thats weird, i replaced all of my previously formed hoses with regular hose, it worked just fine, you got something special underneath your truck?

Can you look and get a part # or even snap a quick pic of the packaging?

Nevermind Freedog. I found the problem and fixed it myself. I took pics of the problem and solution and everything in between. Pics to come soon.

Nice, I dont think I ever even looked at that write up to be honest. We'll see if the light goes off on its own or not. Should go off by Tues. I would assume.
